Franklin Band Workshop
This full body conditioning workshop will enliven your body. A series of resistance band exercises, emphasizing whole body conditioning for flexible strength and dynamic posture. In these motivational exercises you’ll use the extra-long Franklin Band to release tension, build core strength and find joy in mind-body awareness. Be prepared for moments of discussion, new dynamic metaphors and sweat-induced sequences.

In this Franklin Method workshop you will learn practical elements of body design, emphasizing imagery for maximum efficiency and how we can incorporate the use of the Franklin Textured balls with resourceful exercises for the feet, knees and lower legs.

Franklin Method: Shoulders, Neck and Thorax
Body posture and movement are movement and imagery driven. In this workshop you will learn Franklin Method exercises designed to help you discover movement patterns, restrictions and tension using imagery with the Franklin Balls and the Franklin Mini Ball. These exercises will awaken your proprioceptors, body awareness and breathing patterns for a complete mind-body exploration experience.
