Cancellations
We understand that there may be times when you have to cancel your class or appointment. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of any changes to your booking. No-shows or late cancellations will automatically be deducted from your package.
Semi-privates: If you are taking a duet, it is your responsibility to notify the studio if you will be missing a class at least 24 hours in advance. If you DO give proper notification, the instructor can reschedule the appointment or the participant can opt to adjust their package and possibly join an appropriate class or have a private one-on-one session with the instructor.
Payment
Full payment is required when you book your appointment to reserve your time with a certified instructor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash and/or check. All sales are final. Canadian HST will be collected on all sales. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift certificates are available and valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
Refunds
Pilates services are transferable but not refundable. We know that 'life' happens and in an emergency situation, we will look at making exceptions on a case-by-case instance.
